After the plastic form has been approved, the production begins with the master form, the foundation for all further moulds and models.

	Depending on the fact, which material is to be used for the final product, intermediate moulds are made by silicone or glass fibre.
Different materials like vacuum form, PU, rubber and polyester are applied here. Each of them needs special processing technology.
